Whether you're battling a busy schedule, struggling with sleep, or simply seeking a moment of peace, our nurturing and supportive classes are designed to help you prioritise your wellbeing.

We'll help you reclaim your body's natural flexibility, ease tension in your neck, shoulders and hips and just feel that bit lighter in your mood.

With classes ranging from gentle stretches to invigorating flows, there’s something for everyone.

Beginner? Any of the “Gentle” classes, or “Soulful Sundays” will be great for you!
