WHICH CLASS SHOULD I DO?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT MY FIRST CLASS?
Before arriving at your first class, come prepared with a yoga mat. No yoga mat? Let us know and we’ll lend you one for the class. Be sure to review the location of your class before attending as our locations vary depending on the class and day, some are online and some are in-person. Classes are 1 hour long.
At Heartspace Yoga, you have the support of an instructor every step of the way. Just be yourself, come as you are...and enjoy the experience!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear something comfortable that you can stretch in. No special yoga gear needed! Most people wear a combination of leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. Bring layers; a jumper and socks to keep warm for the relaxations. You might even like to bring a blanket to keep cosy with.
I’VE NEVER BEEN TO A YOGA CLASS AND FEEL A BIT INTIMIDATED.
We’re glad you chose us for your first class! Our compassionate and highly skilled instructors will walk with you through your class and answer any questions you may have. Our classes are often filled with everyone on different yoga journeys - from beginners to the more experienced. Relax! You’re welcome here!
WHAT IF I CAN’T ATTEND THE CLASS I SIGNED UP FOR?
If you are unable to attend your class, please contact us or cancel your class via the app at least 12 hours in advance of the class.
HOW DO I TAKE A CLASS ONLINE?
All VIRTUAL classes are hosted on the platform Zoom. After signing up for the class on the Mind Body App or website, you’ll receive a link to attend the class online. Download Zoom by going to zoom.us/download. If you’ll be tuning in for class on your phone or tablet, simply download the Zoom app.
