Explore a different Element each week through Hatha or Yin Yoga, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine with mindful movement. Each class will focus on specific meridian lines and offer space for emotional reflection, from the dynamism of Fire to the stillness of Water.
A class designed to release tension and help you unwind. We’ll focus on those areas that often hold stress - neck, shoulders, hips, and lower back - using mindful movement, deep relaxation, and simple props like tennis balls and straps to support release. Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed or just need a little extra care.

Through gentle, mindful movement and moments of stillness, you’ll be guided to release tension, slow down, and reconnect with yourself.
