Join us for a deeply nurturing experience combining Restorative Yoga and hands-on massage, designed to soothe the nervous system and melt away tension.
Led by Heartspace teacher Steph, you’ll be guided into a series of gentle, fully supported restorative yoga poses using bolsters, blankets and props. These poses allow the body to soften and unwind, creating space for true rest.
While you settle into each posture, Katie, our experienced massage therapist will move quietly around the room offering gentle hands-on massage, helping release physical tension and encouraging an even deeper sense of relaxation.
This is not a typical yoga class. It’s a slow, spacious and deeply calming experience designed to help you switch off from the busyness of life and reconnect with a sense of ease.
Expect a warm, welcoming atmosphere, plenty of cosy props, and the chance to simply lie back, breathe and be looked after.
By the end of the afternoon you’ll feel:
• deeply relaxed
• calmer in body and mind
• restored and replenished
• ready to step back into life feeling lighter
Spaces are limited to keep the experience personal.
